MARKIT PRODUCTIONS are proud to launch, its monthly filmmakers networking event in partnership with our sister company, The Gold Movie Awards® and sponsors vShowcards and Flick Fest.
Do you want to meet indie filmmakers and film lovers in London? Maybe you're looking for a team to work on your next project. Or to volunteer your services for some set time. Maybe you just want to chat about movies with someone who can tell the difference between Fight Club and Dallas Buyers Club? Whatever floats your boat, join us at the next Film Makers Network, a new networking event for people who love and make films!
Need a break from the mid-week blues? join us, as we sip mimosas and meet like-minded film makers with a passion for film and story-telling. The first week of each month (Tues, Wed or Thurs), will bring together like minded filmmakers and film lovers and give them a place to network, connect and watch great new content. Hosted at The Rich Mix, a unique and fun independent cinema, celebrating independent film, local film makers and the wider community. Located in the heart of London's quirky and famous Shoreditch, in trendy East London. Walk the red carpet and have your pictures taken with the GMA® Signature Statue and by the mainstream media.
At the Gold Movie Awards®, we know how important it is to get your work seen. So, we have decided to offer all current and past GMA® "Official Semi Finalists" or above, the opportunity to have a London premiere screening of their work. Each month, the GMA® jury will choose 1 hour of content to premiere as part of the next Film Makers Network (FMN).

Hubrisis an explosive ride of entertainment. A tale of hedonism and despair.
Following three hell-raisers, Hubris is a cautionary tale for the over-ambitious, reminding the viewer not to bite off more than they can chew. The narrative tension is a fast-paced pas-de-deux between a desperate antihero and his two would-be victims; which in an abrupt twist take control over the situation and administer his deserving downfall.
